We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return items sold by the Vocalpoint Pop-Up Shop within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts. This includes items that have been worn outside.
All returns must be in the original packaging, include the original documentation and use the special returns label included in the package.
- This returns label is not pre-paid.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 business days of our receiving your return. Vocalpoint does not refund shipping and handling charges.
