We stand behind the products we offer to you! However, sometimes things go wrong. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged and need to exchange it for the same item, please fill out our Defective/Damaged Item Claim Form within 7 days of receiving the product. We’ll take care of you, don’t worry.


We have a 30-day return policy from the time you receive your order. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase we will unfortunately not be able to offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, you will be required to provide details such as order number, purchaser name, email address along with the reason for the return. Please complete our Return Authorization FormWithin 5 business days of receiving your Return Authorization Form we will email you a return label.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. At that time we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

Please note: Orders shipped outside of the contiguous United States cannot be returned online (this means currently items shipped to Alaska & Hawaii cannot be returned).
